Business owners, Louis and Lisa Danegelis bring 75
years of culinary expertise to Lee John's Catering.
Chef Louie has held positions in many prestigious
clubs and restaurants in the Milwaukee area, in
addition to being the Senior Chef Instructor at
Waukesha County Technical College for 20 years.
Louis is also a Certified Executive Chef and
Certified Culinary Educator. Lisa is a professional
Patisserie and Food Stylist and has also held
positions in metro Milwaukee area restaurants. Key
employees, recruited from culinary institutions,
educational and apprenticeship programs, have
combined to make a professional catering staff
dedicated to the art and service of fine food.
MISSION STATEMENT
We, the staff of Lee John's Catering, are dedicated
to providing quality, professional service. Our
diverse ethnic cuisine allows us to work with any
theme, occasion or event where high standards are of
the utmost importance. We pledge to meet and exceed
the needs and expectations of our clients through
the process of continuous improvement.
